Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), MSB Partners Law Firm ("MSB PARTNERS" or the "Firm") values the protection and confidentiality of the personal data you provide to us. Accordingly, we would like to inform you on the following matters.

Your personal data is processed by MSB Partners Law Firm in its capacity as the data controller.

2. Data Collected and Collection Method

Through the career application form, your personal data such as full name, email address, phone number, position preference, résumé file, and any additional information you provide is collected electronically.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Evaluation of your application,

  • Matching with suitable positions,

  • Contacting you,

  • Archiving your résumé,

  • Managing internal processes, and

  • Fulfilling legal obligations

within the scope of the purposes mentioned above.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK based on legal grounds such as “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,” “legitimate interest of the data controller,” and “your explicit consent.”

5. Data Sharing

Your personal data may be shared with our business partners or authorized public institutions only when necessary and limited to the purposes stated above. No data transfer is made abroad.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

According to Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data subject, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Request information if it has been processed,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,

  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • Request correction or deletion of your data,

  • Request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing

You are entitled to exercise these rights.
